If
you would like to become a reseller of our kits, the the process
of setting up a trade account with us couldn't be simpler.
Just send us a quick e-mail to info@fatcatcross-stitch.co.uk
stating that you wish to open a trade account or call
us on 01568 780 183.
We
will then send you a trade price list and a straight forward
trade account application form for you to complete and return
to us, and that's it!
We
normally ask for payment up front with your first order, but
will then be happy to extend you 30 day credit terms on any
subsequent orders. Payment can be made via cheque, BACS transfer
or by debit/credit card via our PayPal account - which ever
is easier for you.
Carriage
is free of charge for trade orders valued at £50 or
over. Below this we charge £4 carriage on all orders.
We
normally aim to turn trade orders around within a maximum
of 10 working days, but this can vary at busy times or for
large volumed orders, so please let us know if you are working
to a specific deadline and we will do all that we can to accomodate
your requirements.
Once
you have a trade account with us you can place orders using
our Trade Digital Order Form (requires Microsoft
Excel) which will calculate the cost of your order for you
automatically, including postage. To download this order form
