Customers:
Placing
an order is to acknowledge that you have read and agree to
these terms and conditions.
Orders
will normally be dispatched by first class post within the
UK or airmail if abroad, within 5 working days of payment
clearing into our bank account. Please note that if you are
paying by cheque, we will be unable to dispatch your order
until this clears which may add a little delay to you receiving
your order.
We
endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible but
please allow 14 working days for delivery, bearing in mind
that during busy times of the year or when the kits are out
of stock, it may take longer. If you have not received your
goods within 21 days please contact us. If your goods are
damaged please contact us within 2 working days of receiving
them for replacement or refund. If you are not happy with
the goods we will be pleased to offer a refund if you return
them to us, unused, within 21 days of receipt. No
refund is offered on P&P for goods returned that are not
faulty.
None
of your personal details will ever be passed to any other
person but please be aware that the internet is not 100% secure.
All
